- Solana Wallet Options
Duel accepts multiple Solana wallets to give users more options for connecting to the platform. Here are the Solana wallets currently supported:
- Phantom Wallet: This is the most popular crypto wallet on Solana. You can add it as a browser extension on all major browsers, or download it as a native app on iOS and Android devices. To learn more and download the wallet, visit phantom.app on your browser or search for “Phantom” on your mobile app store.

Adding Funds To Your Wallet
In order to use the blockchain network and play on Duel, new Crypto users must first purchase tokens. Here’s how to buy tokens on the Solana platform:
Buying Tokens on Solana
The primary token used on the Solana network is called SOL. A small amount of SOL, equivalent to approximately $0.0005 USD, is required to complete transactions on the Solana blockchain.
To purchase SOL tokens, you can use a cryptocurrency exchange such as Binance.com. Once you’ve bought the tokens, you’ll need to transfer them to your wallet. Alternatively, you can buy SOL tokens directly within your Phantom wallet.
Protecting Your Account
To safeguard your crypto wallet and your associated Duel account, it’s important to follow best practices. Keep in mind that your Solana crypto wallet is linked to your Duel account, and any actions taken with your wallet can potentially compromise your Duel account’s security.
To minimize this risk, we recommend creating a new wallet specifically for use on the Duel platform. Only connect to the official Duel platform using this wallet. Never share the seed phrase or private key of your wallet with anyone for any reason, and never give them to any Duel staff member – they will never ask for them.
It’s also crucial to store your seed phrase offline in a place where only you can access it. This will ensure that your wallet remains secure and that you can recover your account in case of any unforeseen events.
Deposits
To participate in any game on our platform, you must have enough currency in your Member Account. We do not offer any credit for game participation.
You can deposit funds into your Member Account by transferring funds from your own crypto-wallets or credit cards. Note that you can only make deposits using your own funds.
We may use additional procedures to verify your identity when processing deposits. Keep in mind that some payment methods may include an extra fee, which will be clearly displayed for you in the cashier.
Please also be aware that your bank or payment service provider may charge additional fees for deposits, withdrawals, or currency conversions according to their terms and conditions and your user agreement.
Withdrawals
Duel’s Withdrawal Policy outlines the procedures for processing withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals will be credited to the player’s stated wallet address after a valid withdrawal request. Before requesting a withdrawal of deposited funds, a minimum of three blockchain confirmations is necessary. If Duel credits winnings to a player’s account in error, the amount will be considered the property of Duel and will be deducted from the player’s account. In cases where a player withdraws mistakenly paid funds, they will be required to repay Duel. Duel may conduct additional KYC verification procedures for withdrawals exceeding 1 Bitcoin or $2000 and may request such procedures for smaller withdrawals, as required by their gaming license. Players with locked or closed accounts must contact customer support to recover their funds. To prevent money laundering, all transactions will be checked, and any suspicious activity must be reported to Duel immediately. The company may suspend or close an account and withhold funds if required by law. Wagering requirements may be imposed, and the service is for entertainment purposes only. Interest is not paid on outstanding amounts, and the company reserves the right to pay only 25 bitcoins per week for wins of 25 bitcoins or more. Wagering requirements apply to rewards and free spins and must be fulfilled before cash-out. If unused, rewards expire after 30 days. Special terms and conditions may apply to promotions and rewards, and Duel reserves the right to withdraw or cancel such offers. Certain promotions may only be available on specific terms and for a limited time. Duel limits the eligibility of players to participate in promotions at its discretion. Free spins and reward rounds do not qualify for jackpot rewards as specified by the casino software provider.
